Analytics

This site uses Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites. It records only anonymous page views and interaction events (e.g. which section of the page you visited). No data is shared with third parties. IP addresses are not stored.

Contact Form, Mailing List & Vinyl Orders

The contact form, the mailing list sign-up form (/stay-in-touch), and the vinyl order form (/order-lp) on this site are processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). When you submit a form, your name (if provided), email address, and any message are transmitted to Formspree and forwarded to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor under its own privacy policy.

If you place a vinyl order, the form additionally transmits your postal address, the quantity ordered, and your preferred payment method, so that we can calculate postage and send you the record. We use this only to fulfil your order.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, to send you the updates you signed up for, or to fulfil your order. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by emailing newsletter@future3.eu. We do not share your data with third parties or use it for other purposes without your explicit consent, except where necessary to deliver your order (for example, handing the address to the postal carrier).

Order records are retained for as long as required by German commercial and tax law. Enquiries and mailing list data are deleted on request.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries); Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for mailing list sign-ups; Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) for the retention of order records.

Embedded Content

This site embeds video content from YouTube:

• YouTube: video thumbnails are loaded from i.ytimg.com on page load (before you click play). Video embeds use youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies unless you interact with the player.

Music on this site is played directly from our own server. No third-party music embeds are used.

Fonts are self-hosted and served directly from this site. No external font services are contacted.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. The analytics tool (Umami) is cookieless. No consent banner is required.

Exception: the release landing page at/despite-the-rumbling offers an opt-in Meta Pixel for ad-performance measurement. It does not load, and sets no cookies (_fbp/_fbc), unless you click "Allow" on that page. If you opt in, event data (page views and clicks on outbound links to streaming, purchase, and platform pages) is sent to Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent expires automatically after six months, and you can withdraw it at any time using the button below.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@future3.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Berlin data protection authority (BlnBDI).
